Online Terms & Conditions

Please read below important information:

a. The information below spells out the terms and conditions on which we will supply products or services available to purchase or book on our website.

b. Terms apply to any contract between us for the supply of products or services to you.

c.  Personal data is used in accordance with our privacy notice.

d. Our website is updated on a daily basis, so we reserve the right to change descriptions and prices of our products and services from time to time, without notice.

About us:

b. On ordering items, if you have ordered an incorrect item or part number then you should contact us as soon as possible so we can amend your order.


a. A contract is made between us when you purchase an item or service from ourselves. They apply to the exclusion of any other terms that you may seek to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by law, trade, custom, practice or course of dealing.

Placing an order and its acceptance

a. To place an order online, please follow the onscreen prompts until you get to the payment stage. Once an order is received, you the customer confirms that they have the authority to bind in contract any company or business on whose behalf they are ordering off our website to purchase the said goods.

b. It is your responsibility to check the description of the products being purchased against the diagrams provided and for satisfying yourself that the items are suitable for your intended purpose.

c. Once you have selected the parts or services you need, you will be allowed to check that you have the correct part numbers and items before you check out with one of our payment services. We ask that you check the order carefully before confirming and paying as it is your responsibility to ensure your order is complete and accurate.

d. Upon placing an order you will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of the order. Please note that placing an order and receiving an acknowledgement of order from us does not bind us contractually.

e. Our acceptance of your order will only occur when we inform you by email that we expressly accept your order.  Only at this time will a binding Contract come into existence between us and the date of the Contract will be the date of our email expressly accepting your order.  All orders placed are accepted at our entire discretion. If we are unable to accept your order (or any part of it) we will inform you of this by email as soon as reasonably practical.

f. If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to supply you with the products and/or services ordered for any reason, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products and/or services, then we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged.

g. We aim to get every image of products we offer as accurate as possible, however some of the images of the products on our Website will be for illustrative purposes only, where an actual picture has not been uploaded yet.

h. Your right to cancellation - The cancellation period is a period of 14 of placing the order with us.  You will receive a full refund if goods have not been received.
